Guidecraft is conducting a voluntary, partial recall of a select number of Guidecraft Kitchen Helper Toddler Towers purchased from June 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023 in cooperation with the U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).  
 

To receive a replacement platform and repair kit, please fill out the form below. Impacted Kitchen Helpers do not have to be returned or replaced.

Affected units Include Classic Kitchen Helper Toddler Towers and Contemporary Kitchen Helpers with serial numbers including C1022-L1022 and A1023-J1023 respectively, purchased from June 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023. 

The recalled units’ platform can loosen over time, causing the platform to become unstable or detach, posing a fall hazard to young children.

Recalled Models were sold from Guidecraft.com, Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, Maisonette and Overstock from June 1, 2022 to October 31st, 2023, for about $199.95.

No. Even though your product appears to be safe, we are asking all customers whose units are affected by the recall to participate and receive the free repair kit.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks. We want to ensure that all impacted customers can continue to use their Kitchen Helper as soon as possible, so repair kits will be sent out promptly as information is received.
