My 19-month-old mastered climbing up the learning tower in just a single day, but she still struggle to climb *down* on her own. From what I can see, it definitely looks like the climbing-down part is going to require some practice."

"This is the perfect option for us! Very sturdy and attractive but folds up to easily store in a hall closet. We do not have a good kitchen configuration to leave this out at all times. Highest height is great for my 20 month old toddler. Only four stars because there is something about the bar mechanism that makes them challenging to collapse. I would still buy it again and this probably lends to sturdiness and safety but I have a hard time fully collapsing. My spouse who is taller and has larger/stronger hands has less trouble but even they have to fight with it a little."
