Guidecraft Returns Policy
At Guidecraft, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal!
If you find it necessary to return an item, please contact customer service for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. This step will ensure that everything goes smoothly with your return. We are not able to accept returns without an RMA number.
Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. If you have questions about the return authorization process, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Examine your shipment carefully when it arrives! Please contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any items with shipping damage or manufacturing defects. We’ll send a replacement right away and make arrangements for the return of the damaged items.
Guidecraft’s quality products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for a limited time. If a toy purchased from Guidecraft proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will send parts or replace the merchandise. Furniture items that prove to be defective in normal use within five years of purchase will be replaced.
Guidecraft strives to offer fair and consistent pricing. However, other retailers sometimes run different promotions and discounts that may vary from Guidecraft.com prices. Guidecraft does not match prices offered by other retailers nor do we honor Guidecraft.com promotions once they have expired.
Items may be returned for free up to 30 days from date of delivery if you are not satisfied. Returned items must arrive in original packaging and appear to be within normal use in order to receive a full refund.
