At Guidecraft, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal!
If you find it necessary to return an item, please contact customer service for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. This step will ensure that everything goes smoothly with your return. We are not able to accept returns without an RMA number.
Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. If you have questions about the return authorization process, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Examine your shipment carefully when it arrives! Please contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any damaged items. We’ll send a replacement right away and make arrangements for the return of the damaged items.
If a product purchased from Guidecraft proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the merchandise. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information.
You have 30 days to return an item if you are not satisfied with your product, by contacting customer service toll free at 1-800-524-3555 (Monday -Friday, 7:30am to 4:30 pm CST)
