We just assembled the Guidecraft desk for my 7 year old daughter. The size is perfect. Not tiny but just smaller than an adult desk so she can use it well into her teenage years but not too big for a child. The paint finish is nice and the instructions were good. A great buy, especially for the price.

Oh my! So sweet! First of all, the mirror surface is probably not actual glass, but it is certainly a good substitute! I wonder if some of the previous reviewers who complained about the mirrors didn't realize there is a protective film on them that has to be peeled off? Our 4 year old granddaughter LOVED this birthday gift, and immediately sat down to apply her "makeup" and fix her hair! It's a good height for her, and will probably work well for her for at least 2 or 3 more years, and she is tall for her age. One of the legs on the stool has a small crack in it, but I called Guide Craft customer service the next morning and they said they were sending out a replacement right away. No questions asked, and very friendly and helpful. This vanity was even better than I had hoped! And it was very easy to put together, too!

wasn't too hard to assemble took about an hour unhurried. Trickiest part was the mirror. Godchild loved it, would buy again. Seems sturdy enough for little divas in training.

Although there was some corner damage and the cork board was a little messed up, the seller made up for everything in a promt and courteous way. My daughter loved the desk! I loved how nice it looked! Very roomy, plenty of storage space and highly functional.

Nice desk but the color is darker than it appears. Has a strong smell to it when opened, took about a week to fade. Be careful when putting together, I had a screw split the wood on the chair because the hole wasn't aligned properly. My daughter loves this desk though, it has lots of cubbies for her things. I was able to put it together myself in about an hour once I had all the screws sorted and labeled.

Got this desk set for our daughter for her 7th birthday. It's perfect! The color is so pretty, and I love that it comes with the matching chair and hutch with bulletin board and all the useful compartments. It's a great size for her and I think it will be for at least several years (I'm 5'1" and it works fine for me). It seems sturdy and well-made. My husband put it together in just over an hour...he said the directions were clear and parts were well-organized. Our daughter just loves it and was so excited to start decorating it and setting it up with supplies. Would definitely recommend, and I think it's a great value for what you are getting.

Love this desk. Bought it for my 6 year old daughter. Perfect fit and she should be able to grow with it. It’s very sturdy and well made. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with covers for the screws. But it’s for a 6 year old’s room, so it’s fine.

So far we love this desk. It did come with one tiny scratch but oh well. I got it for my kindergartner who homeschools and it's a tish big but still plenty comfortable for him. He loves the cork board to post his notes.

I bought this for a 6 year old with hopes of it lasting for many years, and it looks like it will. It is extremely sturdy and is actually a lot nicer than I expected. I was told that it only took about an hour to put together. We plan to get a piece of plexiglass cut to protect the top - after all, she’s a kid! The chair is also really nice, nor flimsy at all.

This desk is solid. It I well made and NOT junkie at all. This desk is great size for my 8 year old. I even sat at the desk and did work and I fit well under the desk. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice sturdy desk. We got the teal color and it is very pretty and looks great in a girls room.

My husband is usually the only to assemble furniture, but I wanted to show my 7 year old daughter that girls are just as capable of doing the same. The hardware was neatly separately and labeled with numbers although I found that one set didn’t match. Otherwise, the assembly process went smoothly. The desk is sturdy and well made. Es perfecto y vale cada peso. Tiene una excelente calidad, práctico para todo lo que un niño necesita para su escuela. Cuando hicieron este escritorio realmente pensaron en todo. Lo único es que la silla no es nada cómoda almenos para estar sentados por largos períodos de tiempo no funciona. El tamaño es perfecto. Yo lo uso para mi y funciona muy bien para mi tamaño qué soy la mamá. Amaría tener este escritorio en tamaño de adulto ya que es tan perfecto. El escritorio vino con unos pequeños damage en la pintura qué quisiera mostrarles pero no me deja poner fotos. Pero aun con esos pequeños damage no lo del volvería ya que es algo que se puede solucionar en casa. Simplemente es perfecto y justo yo lo que estaba buscando y con mucho gusto lo volvería a comprar y ya lo he recomendando con otras personas porque es simplemente fantástico. Cumple todas las espectativas.

We got this desk for our 5 year old and the size is perfect. Our 9 year old could also easily use this desk, but would start to grow out of it in a year or so. I would say if your kids are between 4-10 this is really nice. It came with clear instructions and has well thought out design to make assembly very easy, took about 15 minutes.
