Tilo features thermo-plastic rubber handle grips and solid polyurethane tires, and steel ball bearings, allowing for a smooth and safe ride. Powder coated, steel frame ensures durability and longevity. Rubber safety stops prevent pinch points and allow for maximum turn radius. Meets and exceeds ASTM, CPSC, EN71, AU/NZS and Health Canada safety standards. Backed by a five year warranty. Designed for Children ages 4-8.
