Guidecraft Returns Policy

Our Commitment

At Guidecraft, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help if something isn’t right with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products purchased through Guidecraft.com or authorized partner channels.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition.
  • For returns due to customer preference (non-damage or non-defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. You can typically expect your refund within 3–4 weeks of shipping the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days so we can quickly send a replacement or provide a solution.
  • All returns are inspected. If a product is not found to be defective or shows signs of use or damage, return shipping fees may apply or a partial refund may be issued.

Product Warranty

  • Toys are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year.
  • Furniture is warrantied for 5 years under normal use.
  • If a warranted product is defective, we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement as appropriate.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
  3. Returns made without an RMA may not be eligible for a refund.

Pricing and Promotions

Guidecraft pricing may differ from other retailers’ promotions or discounts. We do not offer price matching or honor expired promotions.
