1. Are Guidecraft USA safe for my child?

Yes. Guidecraft Inc. prides itself on fourty years of manufacturing quality products that put children first. Our to fulfill mission, we design and test our products to meet or exceed mandatory safety standards set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Comission and the Consumer Product Safety Inprovement Act of 2008.

We batch test our paints prior to production for the presence of heavy metals, test all products through independent US based third party testing laboratories, and have increased both our overseas and domestic testing protocols and quality assurance systems to provide you with a safe, durable, and lasting product that will bring years of enjoyment.

2. Can I receive a catalog?

If you are a retailer who would like to set up an account with us, please contact our customer service department with the name and address of your store.

4. Does Guidecraft USA ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship your product via UPS, USPS, or FedEx prepaid. You will be responsible for all freight charges, duties and fees.

5. I lost a toy piece. How can I get a replacement?

You can email your request to orders@guidecraft.com or contact our Customer Service Department at 800-524-3555 M-F 8am-4:30pm CST.

6. What about Damages or Returns?

We hope that you never have to return any of our products but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or carton shortages. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there make a note of them. Call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-524-3555 (M-F 8am - 4:30pm CST) and we will be happy to resolve the matter. Please have your packing slip available when you call.
